Can I return the equipment before the deadline?

Yes, early return is possible, but must be announced at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, you will only be charged for the actual usage period, with no additional penalties.

What happens if equipment breaks down during the event?

Each piece of equipment is tested before delivery, but if a malfunction occurs, our technical team intervenes within a maximum of 4 hours from notification. In urgent cases, we ensure immediate replacement of essential components.

Are there customization options for exhibition stands?

Yes, we offer customization for display cases, presentation panels, and modular furniture. You can choose colors, materials, and configuration based on your company's visual identity. Customization is completed within 5 business days from confirmation.

What are the additional costs for weekend assembly?

Weekend assembly involves a surcharge of 15% of the package value, due to the technical team's special schedule. For events starting on Monday morning, we recommend assembly on Friday evening to avoid this fee.
