These rules establish the legal framework for operational leasing and temporary logistics equipment rental services provided through the Rentajumphouse platform.
Rentajumphouse provides a B2B network for contracting logistics infrastructure intended for corporate events, trade fairs, and exhibition structures. Services include delivery, technical assembly, and related budget management, without involving the transfer of ownership of the equipment.
The contract is considered concluded upon written confirmation of the order by both parties. The order must specify the type of equipment, rental period, delivery location, and assembly conditions. Any subsequent modification requires the written consent of Rentajumphouse.
Rentajumphouse undertakes to deliver the equipment in working condition, ensure assembly according to technical specifications, and provide assistance during the event. The client is obliged to allow the technical team access to the location, sign the handover report, and use the equipment according to the instructions received.
The client is liable for damage or loss of equipment during the rental period, except in cases of normal wear and tear or technical faults not attributable to them. The compensation amount is determined based on the replacement cost at market price, without exceeding the total contract value.
Rentajumphouse is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen legal restrictions. The total liability of Rentajumphouse for any direct damage is limited to the value of the respective contract. No compensation is granted for indirect losses, including loss of revenue or reputation.
The contract may be terminated by either party with a written notice of 14 days, without affecting payment obligations already due. In case of non-payment or non-compliant use of the equipment, Rentajumphouse may terminate the contract immediately and request the return of the equipment at the client's expense.
Rentajumphouse reserves the right to modify these terms, with prior notice of 30 days sent by email or published on the website. Continued use of the services after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance of them.
Personal data and commercial information provided by the client are treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. Rentajumphouse does not share data with third parties without the client's consent, except in cases provided by law.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest. For legal questions, the client can contact the team at info@rentajumphouse.com.
